Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

These terms have been prepared in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. 8500 is open only to adults aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

Account Creation, Security & Policy
Registration & Verification
To create an account on 8500, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incorrect details is not permitted. Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, 8500 reserves the right to close all of them.
- Valid ID information is required at the time of registration.
- Additional documentation may be requested for identity verification.
- Accounts cannot be transferred to another person.
Account Suspension or Closure
8500 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- If fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions are detected.
- If false information is found on an account.
- If involvement in any illegal activity is established.
In the event of account closure, 8500 will determine whether any eligible balance is to be returned.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
